james-maclaren
Hi, Need some advice please re either repairing or getting a new track pump. I have been using a track pump I got from Lidl but am getting frustrated with it as the clamp no longer stays on the valve. I understand that I could fit a Topeak Twinhead (it's a retro fit clamp-head and hose with a variety of fittings to match different pumps and a jubilee clip), but I expect I would be better splashing out on a new pump. I want to be sure that the new pump will fit both a Schrader valve, and a Presta valve, including the short Presta valves on some kids bikes. What pump do fellow members recommend? Members Richard
I'd have a look at the Joe Blow Sport II. Mine has been going strong for about three years now, I think. I had one of Edinburgh Bicycle Revolution track pumps before that - gubbed after 12 months.
