Not sure I'll manage the pace the full way but if you can give me a rough idea of where you're going I'll bring a map to make sure I can get back when my legs pack it in. Must be a first. headed off to houston kilmacolm and then cafe stop at Lochwinnoch. Good bunch of 14. ramsay elaine and Jim left us at Lochwinnoch and the rest of us headed to Beith Lugton and then the hilly route to uplawmoor. Matthew got the honour of winning the sprint finish.
