I assume 5 laps (35miles), but I'm not sure. Hope it doesn't turn into a time trialling training session again! Have a good run. Gruppo of four: Kilmacolm, Dalry, Fairlie Moor, Largs coffee stop, Brisbane and then I persuaded the guys to take their carbon race bikes across the pave to the Gryffe (this is still passable on road bikes), habble to Kimacolm.
