Great night. Really enjoyed the hill, sprints, even getting caught in a wee break away by iain and billy was all good fun. :-)

Going to head out with chain gang tonight but off Friday, thinking about a run in the sun if you're not back to work, or anyone else who's up for it.

Agony.. absolute agony, hobbled up the stairs to the flat and haven't been able to move since. Its a big step up from a 7mile TT. Needless to say i found it hard, thanks to the time keepers.
