hi colin it was me that was letting u draft behind me on the turningshaw rd on saturday morning i was going into the quarry i thought you heard me saying hello just after we passed the farm then i pulled up short of the gate so you could see the rest of the potholes that where in front of you before i rolled my window down and shouted mon the joansin i saw you laugh and give a wave when i sounded my horn greig

hi just to let you all know elaine was back out on her bike today her first ride since last july and her accident with a dog she only managed 9 miles up and down the track she said she was sore going over a few bumps but i think this was to be expected but no real pain in her shoulder and she has to start somewhere greig

brian depending on which part of renfrew your from ? if its the paisley side come into paisley down renfrew road through the town centre along canal st onto cycle track and bobs your uncle , if it the normandy end you could head to inchinan ind estate along the georgetown rd into linwood and onto the track from there and thigmys your auntie greig
