well done Greig, I'm very impressed, slightly jealous and inspired by your efforts. A huge pat on the back.

would like to have done this, but due to work commitments cant. I am keen however to attempt a very slow 100 mile run before the winter if there is any kind sole who would like to join me and knows a good(flat) route. Have a great run on the day.
