Spied Ben flying on West ferry today! Spied an other wheeler , I think, on the round about next to home base in Greenock. Was going to fast to get a good look who ever you were.

Saw Ben flying past gave him a shout "moan the Joansin" as he past, was the one in the black uniform next to the accident. Well done Ben missed the others tho. Well done on PB Kenny. x

Came across a fallen cyclist, he didn't appear to have any serious injuries how ever did have bump on his head so we waited till the ambulance came. Then continued on our way. xx

roads shouldn't be 2 bad. main drag has 1 lane open either way. a few road closures but should b passable. b good 2 c boats.

sounds good, was going to suggest a run to greenock on sunday to see the pretty boats if the weathers good, ice cream in largs sounding better. K x

sounds good will be there, 9 30 better but can do 9 if that's preferred. Not sure about the pace. I find any slow pace respectable.

Well done Ben for volunteering. Its not an easy job. Though I'm sure I was at least 10 min quicker. (lol). It was a good night to get out on the bikes regardless of the times. Not about results but participation! (except if your Charlie or Billy).

Will do my best to get there on time this week.
