Won,t be out for a while guy,s i,ve torn the cartlige and ligaments in my right knee so the only riding i,ll be doing is on two state of the art aluminium crutches ,[they didint do carbon ] it,s coming in to the winter after all. Thats what i get for trying to lose a stone by starting running again. Anyway Billy how was your french epic ,did you gain fitness in time or did the red wine see you through Cheers Kev.....
