  1. okdok, so, looks like a 9.00am start at clubrooms, i'll be at erskine bridge south side by 9.30 ...... anyone else joining at erskine should be there by 9.40 at latest i guess........forecast is pretty decent.....
  2. Since we dont yet have a route for Sunday, can i suggest a wee sorte north of the river. Over the Erskine Bridge >> on to Balloch, turn left at roundabout beyond Duck Bay, head north through Glen Fruin down to Faslane, turn left, head south to Helensburgh, up Sinclair St, over the HILL back to Loch Lomond and A82 back to Erskine Bridge...... Roughly 45 miles Erskine bridge to Erskine bridge, plus Johnstone to Erskine and back......Nice wee Cafe stop in Helensburgh is an option

  10. I managed a wee run out yesterday too, Bishopton to Glengarnock and back via the track, and the headwinds/crosswinds were bad enough in the shelter of the cycle track, Dalry Moor must have been a hoot Unfortunately i'm not gonna get oot this weekend, having to work Sunday

  22. Had my first ever club run today. Just like to say thanks to the guys Martin, Colin, John and Chung for putting up with me, hope i didn't hold you back too much, Really enjoyed myself, but starting to stiffen up now, time for a hot bath...Cheers Ian....
