We are meeting on the track at Kilbarchan, Heading to Lochwinnoch, up towards Kilmacolm and turning to go to Greenock down the Whin, along past Gleddoch and up West Glen Rd. Coffee stop in Kilmacolm and back for anyone interested

What are the race start times?

Myself and Greg are heading out on Saturday morning if anybody is interested. Very time constrained again (need to be home for 11.30) so thinking 30 miles leaving the club at 9.00 Route TBC. Getting on the winter bike this week.

Sorry if I'm jumping the gun here, Are there plans to do turbo sessions in the clubhouse through the winter this year? I for one cant sit on a turbo myself without getting bored and need some structured training to stop my mind wandering whilst staring at a wall. Cheers

Hi guys, Looking for a bike on a very tight budget to use on a turbo, nothing fancy. Either a full bike that anyone would like rid of or frames/parts etc that i could build up. I'm 6ft2 so roughly 58cm frame. Any help appreciated, Cheers

Hi All, Is anybody planning a run this Saturday morning? Talking to Greg, we are thinking of meeting at 0900 at Morrisons, down to dalry, over the Fairly Moor, Coffee in Largs, Brisbane Glen, Whinhill to Kilmacolm and track back to Morrisons.
