Just wanted to know if anyone has an opinion on whether its comfy to wear winter bibtights under bibshorts or is it better to wear tights without the bib. Also, i think i know the answer to this but is it comfy to have both items in question padded or just the shorts?

Used shimano cassette free to a good home. Needs a wee clean, nothing major. Its either 11-25 or 12-25. I will confirm if needed. Weight is approx 225grams.

Cheers Jim, It looks like it would be easy to accidentally clip into them which isnt what im after if im on a fast descent? Is it just a matter of getting used to them?

I'd like a set of new offroads shimano spds. Clip in one side & flat n grippy on the other side since im not very good at clipping in on a rocky descent. Anyone got any ideas?

Hi Grant, Usually the bunch meets up at a pre-arranged location and time and the routes decided then although ideas are passed around on here. Theres usually a shall we say "more experienced wheeler" out with the bunch for beginners to the club like yourself and returners like me.

I want to get out on my mountain bike to try and biuld up some base fitness before the road stuff begins. I already have some base layers and jerseys but want opinions on gilets and warm bib tights and overshoes too. Does anyone have any opinions on what to buy or have anything for sale?

Having a clear out and selling some old jerseys ive found. 1. Long sleeve USPS berry floor jersey in great condition, no rips or tears. 2. Acqua & Sapone s/s jersey and bib shorts. (the zebra print ones) both size 3 3. Domina Vacanze s/s jersey and bib shorts (the other zebra print ones) size 4 cant believe i used to wear those on club runs! 4. ONCE Deutsche bank s/s jersey size 4. £5 each item or can i start a bidding war for items 2 and 3 surely collectors items!
