Well done to all rode , anyone noticve on the way back home how the wind dropped Kerry showed us all up after the race by riding off to an open running event held in linwood 'thought id just come down and ride this as a warm up its what us triathlete's do' Cheers, Stevie

Frame Size 53 sloping Tube 53 + 39 Inner rings. it has a new Easton handle Bar and Stem + Barr Tape. New Shimano Wheels. Bike Includes Bianchi Clipless pedals.   17. Alan , Im not a keen rider for Crits as they require explosive pedal recs out of corners as you can imagine and its a kind of skill/Art on its own right. Jim Cusick has been coaching Kerry for a good while now and took her round the Crit circuit in the INchinnan Industrial est to work on her Cornering. Might be an idea for any one unsure to give that a go could help you in the technique?? Ask Kerry herself she has improved loads Top Athlete's for you there i think Rapid Cadance etc... I did one Crit in INgleston and got the doin of a lifetime but you only improve by getting doins and keep on going Good luck Guys....
