  1. Hi Alan, I made contact with the wheelers through Ian Dooley. I think an invitation to a club night would have been helpful to find out about ,experience, ability and aspirations. It's easy to become involved in our sport when you're a member of a club,(trumpet blowing time),especially ours,as we have members competeing in most, if not all disiplines. cheers paul
  2. hope we ordered pro vision anoraks for those who were watching the post counter.
  3. hi kenny, i'll donate a spanner set 8mm to 24mm
  4. No sir. There's no need to slip me a brownie,it's all in a days work. A satisfying first day at the office had me drinking tea, listening to the radio, gossiping with visitors, wandering around the front shop mentally spending my wages,a wee wander up the toon and did a few repairs as well . Looking forward to tommorow . It's all the suppliers fault don't yous know

  7. Hi all, I could be doing with a couple of bods for Fri afternoon. Malcolms have asked if we could be at the clubrooms for 4 pm to reposition the container. If the driver has finished his duties earlier he'll call us. I'm going to go down at 3pm just in case.
  8. I've spoken to Andrew Malcolm and i've to contact his yard foreman who's going to inspect whats required and report back to Andrew. Andrew didn't foresee it being a problem and indicated he'd do it F.O.C. Nice neighbourly gesture I'd say. n NICE ONE MALCOLMS.

  15. what fun to be had. if anyone hasn't tried bicycle polo YOU MUST! what a laugh. pelting one end to t'other i had a couple of near misses due to the fact theres no free wheel you just have to keep on peddaling AND theres no brakes either. though once i got the hang of it i quickly learned the teqnique of slowing down it's good for improving handling skills and balance a couple of times i attempted a track stand in order to block a shot. what a tonic it is. the score?.........9-8 to Pat's marauders 8) boo-hiss
  16. Kenny, same order as per e-mail thanks
