Run suitable for all newbies, oldies,returners with a bit climbing involved.. Clubrooms 9am at Millar St, cycle track to Kilbirnie, industrial estate to Glengarnock, MOD road to Highfield, Stewarton Rd to Irvine Rd, Bloak Rd to Dairy just outside Stewarton. Continued on the posted route, with John taking a detour home to collect money for the coffee stop. Reached the Dairy and refuelled with soup, scones and cakes with tea in china cups. Headed home via Dunlop Lugton Bowfield in glorious sunshine and no wind. A great day to be out on the bike and thanks for the company guys.
