LenMcD
Looking for a bike for my youngest's birthday. Was looking B'twin Triban 3 , currently £250 at Decathlon for the carbon forked one, but his size has 650 wheels. I would prefer full size wheels as I feel he will prob grow out of the smaller bike very quickly.. I also think a second hand bike with better spec would be the way to go. Any advice would be welcomed. Any suitable bike considered. Birthday not till May so I have lots of time. Not adverse to doing some work on a bike with a clean frame. Cheers Len
Richie Cross
Obviously a full carbon frame with carbon tubs would be ideal. A great dad would be buying a Colnago, Pinarello etc
LenMcD
Not a fan of tubs. Unless it's a very full, hot bath-tub.
