Committee Alan McLean Posted June 29, 2013 Committee Report Share Posted June 29, 2013 Mine didn't work very well. It is the 200 model. Maybe the fancier ones will pick up a signal but mine only caught flickers of the racing. http://app.strava.com/activities/63583865
Guest Ross Toole
You will need to make a segment for one lap!
2023 Subscriptions Ramsay Posted June 29, 2013 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted June 29, 2013 you are not wrong about it not picking up very well. Ether that or you got very lost!
2023 Subscriptions thejanullrichdietplan Posted July 1, 2013 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted July 1, 2013 ive tried it with a forerunner watch and an edge 800 but neither can get a decent signal - you need the wheel sensor and then turn the gps off if you want accurate data. this was from the 60 lap scratch last week - average speed was about 25 mph, which includes walking onto the track, waiting to start and then the roll out lap too. The sprint at the end was 41 mph
Committee Alan McLean Posted July 1, 2013 Author Committee Report Share Posted July 1, 2013 That's much better. I was hoping for lots of tiny ovals on GPS.
