See happy? Good company and i suppose i better include Stephen in that as well even after his derogatory comment about my Neilston he will be hunted down next time RSN (Real Soon Now). Nice cafe stop at the local chippy before heading back out to the warm sunshine ( It always shines up there unless its snowing in July ) Now sitting with an ice pack on my calf and hamsting possibly 1 hill too many for me Was it just me or was the pace higher than normal ?
