Alan Fox
Camped at Glencoe Mountain Resort on Fri night, ready for the early start on Sat. Started out with a couple of guys from my work, with only two of us sharing the work for the first 20 or so miles into a headwind. I suffered for this after about 100 miles when I hit the climb out of Bridge of Orchy. It was every man for himself at this point. The climb to the finish line at Glencoe Mountain Resort was painfull! Excellent route with great roads and scenery. Glad to have survived the 106 miles, but my legs were shredded at the end of the six and a half hour stint. Ramsay and Richard
Ironman
Alan If you liked that run you should try some of the 200km audax’s that take you through some of the best scenery in Scotland on niece quiet roads most of the time.
