Build sessions start Monday three turbo sets per week two weights us long run

BRP 7, BRS 7 plus

10 min warm up with three one minute hard efforts then three ten minutes at FTP five mins recovery cadence 90 rpm

Week one and two in the weights is 8 rm and 5 rm week 3 and 4 6 rm 4 rm
