George - I tried the slippers but they were too 'slippery' Chung - I need to do some mid week training ( not just for Italy!!). I can't be bothered getting the bike out of the shed and trekking down to the club for the torbo sessions. I have downloaded the 60 minute Sufferfest climbing DVD 'Angels' (it hurts).
