There are 2 groups going out every Sunday morning from the clubroom in Miller Street, you are more than welcome to join in. Just keep an eye out on the Club Run section on this website to find out all the latest. You can also go along to the club confined events list above. San Miguel Injury Posted August 25, 2009 Report Share Posted August 25, 2009 Are there any runs or similar of about 1 hour to 1:30 easy. I think I still have the scares mental and physical from when Kenny McD used to say we were going for an easy run, yeah right!!! Seriously, is there anything slow and easy? I suggest you watch the post on >Club Runs and see what is happening. Most runs will stop to regroup at top of hills and for mechanicals. Hope to see you out there.
