2024 Subscriptions Darryl Gunson Posted September 3, 2007 2024 Subscriptions Report Share Posted September 3, 2007 For all the intrepid Balachers here's a chance to re-live the descent and coastal sections without the rain and the mechanicals Cheers DG
Members Mark Whitehead
Hey Darryl, I just checked the times for the climb of the Bealach and notice that we made the top 15! I think we would have blitzed those winning times if we spent less effort in cracking jokes up the climb and more effort in actually pressing on the pedals! But hey, it was all good fun! 2024 Subscriptions Darryl Gunson Posted September 3, 2007 2024 Subscriptions Report Share Posted September 3, 2007 And just think if you'd not spent ages mucking around with your jacket and if I hadn't waited for ye and if... But yeah, I think we all did really well and if it hadn't been for the mechanicals we'd all have got good times. Wouldn't have had it any other way though. There's even a guy on one of the cycling forums saying how thankful he was that he got in our - Johnstone - bunch . Others have said similar. cheers Darryl
