Guest Jim Daly
I'll be there, experimenting with a newly constructed bike. My washing machine may never work again Ian Manson has already posted elsewhere. Note for newcomers: Georgetown Road is shown on maps as Houston Road. KennyS
Ouch .... so there it was. The first TT of the year and what an occasion. John Anderson piloted the British / European / World / Olympic Express with Aileen resplendent in her Rainbow Jersey. Jim Daly rolled up in his jazzy new headgear which gave him a look of Craig MacLean and yours truly trundled up with the body mass of Mr Hoy. The only difference being that he spent the winter doing what he does best and I done the usual resulting in the mass collecting around my waist. Oh and Mr M provided the World Championship PermaTan of course Conditions were dry with a blustery headwind on the way out . Fastest on the night was Ian Manson with Big Al (wearing some strange coloured gear) a close second I. Manson 17m 50secs Alan Holmes 17m 55secs (Fixed) J. Anderson / A McGlynn 18m 29secs Jim Daly 18m 51secs C. Crombie 19m 01secs T. Carrigan 20m 43secs Andy Holmes 20m 48secs K. Steele 22m 32secs D. Raymond 25m 32secs Well done all. See you next week
