  1. lol not much point in asking any of you three the predictions for the lottery numbers . Cav he's a tube even had words with the press guy when he asked if the tour had taken a bit to much out of him .
  2. Ah Tony just keeping the finger on the pulse ,in days of old a Sunday run was just that, a Sunday run, all day but as we have more women wearing trousers than men these days well ,I won't upset any one too much lol. Half wheelers ha ha the age old problem , Tony that's what the bicycle pump is for another one of it's many uses. Tony the bike mmmm I'll have to find it first, your right both it and Myself could do with a pedal, I'll use the words of a famous man . I shall return . Someday lol I suppose the men will have to be home for lunch time 1200 hrs ,so sad it wasn't like it was a few years ago out drum up / cafe stop that's for those that couldn't light a fire lol then a habble home . It goes to show how soft people have became ,I remember riding a 50, at Stirling the bunch meeting at the strip and cycling home via a drum up at the Lake of Menteith how things change sad .
  3. A question when did the timings for the Sunday bunch change from a time of 0930 hrs, which has stood for as long as I can remember ,that's longer than some have been out of the egg. Exceptions Only, if the club was going further a field, the timings changed, these timings are known to many that have been members, know that they can turn up 0900 for 0930 for a Sunday pedal . Bring on the excuses something new would be appreciated .
  4. There's three options , 1, use a screw remove which works by cutting into the wrecked bolt head on a anti clockwise cutting into the head and removing it . 2, Drill out the bolt head and use a easy out works on the same principle as above ,but the bolt must be drilled out to accommodate the easy out they come in various sizes . 3, get a Torx bit as you have done hammer it in get a hair dryer and heat the boss ,that's taking it is a aluminium boss and a steel bolt when putting them together you should use copper slip aluminium and steel oxidise. If you have a real problem give me a shout .
  5. Whats this I here Jim Daly trying to blow lance out the back on the Howwood hill , Not even when he had Cancer Lol. God loves a trier

    new year

The madness is nearly here another year of dodging potholes and motorists a like . Here's wishing all members of the Jwcc and all cyclists out there all the best for the incoming 2009 lets hope it a better year than the last one . Keep well into the left .
  7. Glad am I to see that Ellen Hunter has at last received some recognition for her Sterling work ,this in my eyes is long over due well done to both girls, keep up the good work .
  8. Gordon your way out of touch with Rof production, is slowly being drawn to a close, as for the ground before any work could be started the decontamination, would take as if not longer than any build ,there areas within the confines of the fence ,that are totally out of bounds to everyone due to cordite contamination . The author requires facts there has been talk of this for years Typical rumor mongering before the fact ,a phone call to Renfrewshire Council planning will tell all . At this moment in time 99% of all construction site work is at a stand still ,the only work is where Scottish Government monies have been granted ,to assist with brown field site development ,this cash must be used with in the allotted time or it will be lost .
  9. You've got to give it to him he's got balls ! I think
