2023 Subscriptions P McDonald Posted November 20, 2003 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted November 20, 2003 Due to popular demand the Thursday nights are back, propose first date of 4th December. For the uninitiated the script is 45 mins of steady brisk tempo :? with maybe a wee 10 min wind up at the end. I mentioned to one or two that it might be more convenient for more people if we could find a location in Linwood - Inchinnan industrial esate areas. If anyone knows of a circuit which could meet the following criteria then lets give it a try. Key features of Glengarnock are 1 mile circuit - good for taking a lap out, joining after puncture etc. Fully lit by street lights Practically no traffic Flat  Safe for bunch - no sharp corners - plenty visibility etc So - who's up for 7.30pm Dec 4th :?: PMcD
Members Kenny MacDonald
Over the years we have tried many courses at night. Inchinnan Ind. Est , Erskine , Linwood , Johnstone. Without a doubt Glengarnock is the best training course in Scotland , well lit , no dodgy corners and virtually traffic free. It may be a bit of a trek to get to it but it is the best  So will I be in attendance ? not in December Maybe in February when the weather takes a turn ( usually for the worst) meantime good luck & remember not to leave your best form at Glengarnock in January :?
