Good bunch today. So much for my plan going back via haylie due to residual man flue. I just needed Paul to tell me it only makes 10min difference (even tho its probably more like 30mins) to join the bunch to west kilbride. Knackered now

Chipped off the front before Largs bunch left me hanging there with no joiners so soft peddled until caught which was just before the sprint where Alan launched. Need to find out where the sprint line is Back home with the reduced bunch - got home soaked!

Good solo run to Largs...was intending to meet bunch at Inverkip via spango valley but timed it slightly off and it sounds like the bunch was faster than usual to Largs. Caught them at Largs at the end...2 bananas and we bashed on at a fast steady pace.

Won't be out this week. So someone needs to do a sneaky calculated attack before Largs we need to keep the tradition going

Good tiddy run today with some hard efforts before Largs...which I might of caused Simon hit a kirb looking back on the way to Kilbirnie but fortunately no major injuries or bike damage. Andy was kind enough to show him the way to nearest train station.

Had to mix it up a bit thought broke away on my own until Michael flew past got his wheel and hung on to it until he started flicking his elbow...okay...so we took turns until Largs where my legs were screaming at that point. It was good fun think I gave him a good kicking

Good steady run today with a well organised group... as you said Paul spango valley route much smoother with not as many traffic lights...maybe we can work on that one Off to find a saddle now!

Good ride with mild weather today...looked worse. Lost my bottle on DC potholes, swift puncture change by Paul, quick pit stop at Largs and then smashing pace up Haylie and home. Food now and on to next week .

Me, Paul, Cedric and Gregg for a good 60m fast and smooth paced ride. Enjoyed that thanks for company Cedric had a mechanical not far from Pauls...me and Gregg continued and Paul went for his car for the rescue. Did you guys manage at the end? Iain you missed out should join next time.

No hill climb ...was too wet and cold to stand around so went for a spin to keep warm, when back was apparently too late to participate. Mini blast after that with Marc - arrived home soaked!

Nice one Ian! which segment is that? I think I might give the full carruthmuir another go on this Sunday before the whole club run...anyone want to join? Looks like ok wind direction but doesn't have the speed!
