I fell bad for never really knowing how Cedric has done other than ‘well’. I’m pretty sure he’s still top of the overall leaderboard unless the boy Kain’s bossing of the B group has bumped him to the top spot.

Anyone else doing the coach led (he who shall not be named) session tomorrow?

Not going to make it but will try and get it done another time so that I’m able to do the drop in sessions with the rest of the club. 

Are these tied into a week or just released as and when and you can do them whenever.

I'm booked in for the next 2 weeks. Ribs 9and back) are staring to feel a little better so should be able to breath by Wednesday!

I'm sore today - walking about like I'm 80. Ribs, lower back and neck all tender, I think I must have some sort of whiplash. Feeling pretty lucky, could have been a lot worse.

Other than that I felt that I had good legs and raced well in parts - just not when it mattered!

Yes please Paul. Currently winter bikeless but it’s been a while 4 weeks since I bought a bike so that might change!

Cs again. 

Felt like I rode a lot better this week. Much nearer the front, didn't chase when I didn't need to (or couldn't) was there or there about at the end of the points but think I only managed 5th or 6th on the line.. 4th in the Devil was a better result.

Booked for next week and the week after.

Done a bunch of jobs for me from full kitchen re plumb to fitting a radiator.
