Just to let u knw guys got home safe and sound a bit sore davie and i cycled down the road a bit totally my decision as just wanted home, no dizziness and took it very easy on pavement , and ma mothers now tending to us great run first and hopefully only crash al ever have but afraid it doesnt work out like that thanks very much for all your concern glad a didnt rake anyone else down with me havnt sustained head injury thanks to the mavic helmet a fancy a go at fishing next week if anyones interested! am jist kiddin trying to stay positive so a dnt go into shock a think av been very lucky and ma mavic helmet saved ma life so member when u go out ever without one on think o me and might make u think again hope yous all got home without any incident and ended up great weather and fab run might b out next week but al no commit masel just yet feet up now and once again thankyous all for the concern and good advice john

Fantastic run today think a was out ma depth in more than one occasion if thats me meant to be easing masel back in way the fast group, am no religous but had vist fae jesus at rest as am sure a died and was brought back lol, just thanks to paul and res o the guys for sheltering us most o the way hope to be fit enough nxt week to take turn at frnt saying all that was 121mls for me over 8200 cal ma wife said a looked like skelenton when came in great day out with beautiful scenery only on decent mind, good to be back out again with good company ðŸ‘

Hi folks iam selling my cube road bike i bought it on 2012 the bike cost me £2400 ive had two new frames from cube since 2012 they both developed hairline cracks , im now awaiting the third new and latest frame from cube which will come with a 2 year guarantee, the bikes components are shram red callipers aswell very good groupset, winstanley are building bike back up so expecting it anyday, the components are in excellent cond as is the rest of bike plus brand new guaranteed frame, iam selling this as ive no confidence in frame thats not to say that it wont do the job im just off the whole bike hence the reason im selling for £1500 ovno if i cant sell it ive got an offer from a local bike shop of swap of frame and all my old components onto new frame on thurs or friday this week so its going one way or another contact us on 07428194512 regards john
