Great ride today guys, longest run so far, struggled from 95-110 miles! so apologies for lack of work at the front, recovered after a miracle mars bar in Darvel and was only 10 minutes late for work :-)

8 o'clock at the club rooms for me, see you tomorrow.

Ok guys cheers, 1700hours is cutting it a bit fine to get myself fit for duty! I'm back in the station tomorrow so i'm going to try and get someone to cover first hour of my shift or even better, get the night off. Will post up asap.
