My shorts are wearing thin, not to mention a tear at the hip from a crash.

Has anyone got a pair of M shorts, old style or new, lying about that don't fit and they can sell me?

I was all up for riding tomorrow, but 6 months off the bike and my ass doesn't know what's hit it!! 30 miles yesterday and mon derrière is still très painful. A wee bit of help.

Was struggling to come through towards end of westferry so took the shortcut, but was crawling up the hill so missed you guys. Legs were sore from a sprint through the length of Glasgow to catch my bus last night haha!

Nice ride, the 5 of us wheelers(Daryl, Hugh, Greig, Ian and me) jumped onto the Renfrew bunch before Bishopton. I had an easy ride at the back of the train on the westferry before finding my legs and doing a bit of work from the top of the Clune. Hugh and Daryl were taking turns throughout, think we lost Greig when all but him and a few others took the Clune shortcut.
