Has anyone tried the 'suddenly being talked about a lot' coconut water? Some people seem to be swearing by it at the moment. I've bought some but not tried it out yet, waiting for a longer ride for comparison.
Great to see you all again, you are such a friendly club, just wish I lived near you Well done to everyone for Jim's memorial race, especially Paul. Good luck with the season. x

Hi Guys
I will definately be there! Kenny, thank you for the offer of a stay over, I think we will probably come up in the camper van and make a weekend of it, will look forward to it.
Cheers
Happy St Andrew’s Day to all of you for tomorrow. Got to send it today because I am on strike tomorrow! On the picket line too! AND delivering a speech at the TUC Rally in the Civic Hall in town! Yikes!
Cheers Darryl
Bit mixed really, I will definately be time trialling next season, plus a few Sportives and maybe a major challenge of some sort, but my training can become more specific once I know for definate which events I will be entering.
Thanks again for the advice.
Hope you are well?
Hi Ramsay
I recall there were quite a few in Jim's house in Bridge of Weir, you may wish to speak to Daniel about them.
Hope all the JW's are doing ok.
Best Wishes to everyone.
Hi again!
I did the 68 mile ride yesterday, and today have checked the timings. To my surprise, out of 43 females, most of whom were half my age, I came 9th! Canna believe it! Thought I'd be mopped up by the milk wagon!
Thanks all! Actually, it turns out that I was one second behind the winner on handicap, but because he was the champ without his handicap, he can't win two prizes - so I still win! Great isn't it - winning for being slow!
