  1. Has anyone tried the 'suddenly being talked about a lot' coconut water? Some people seem to be swearing by it at the moment. I've bought some but not tried it out yet, waiting for a longer ride for comparison.

  13. Cheers Darryl Bit mixed really, I will definately be time trialling next season, plus a few Sportives and maybe a major challenge of some sort, but my training can become more specific once I know for definate which events I will be entering. Thanks again for the advice. Hope you are well?

  16. Hi again! I did the 68 mile ride yesterday, and today have checked the timings. To my surprise, out of 43 females, most of whom were half my age, I came 9th! Canna believe it! Thought I'd be mopped up by the milk wagon!
  17. Thanks all! Actually, it turns out that I was one second behind the winner on handicap, but because he was the champ without his handicap, he can't win two prizes - so I still win! Great isn't it - winning for being slow!
