  4. You can run that event in with a few others to make up the Trophee' D'Oisans. Saturday: Vaujany Wednesday: 25 Mile road race staring in Bourg D'Oisans, upAlpe D'Huez, back down the service road half way down (Watch out for the unprotected 800m drop on the narrow descent!) then up to Vaujany. Saturday: La Marmotte (Bourg, Col De Glandon, Col De Telegraphe, Col Du Galibier, Alpe D'Huez) Sunday: Hill Climb up ALpe D'Huez It's a great week's cycling!
  5. Done that! a couple of cracking climbs and a frankly terrifying descent off a goat track behind Alpe D'Huez. Free croissant at the start too!
  6. Fulcrum are made by campag, so dismantling them should be fairly similar (2x5mm allen key and a 2mm allen key to undo the lockring that loads the bearings.)
  7. Fine thanks Jan. No damage at all other than pride! Was simply time consuming. Chapeau to everyone who made it.
  8. Tried my best but a puncture and a crash made me miss my train. Sorry all
  9. My TT in Fife has been cancelled so I may do this... route available?
  10. No can do. Didn't get home til after 3 last sunday and I think that will be even later this week. Will get my 4 hours in alone.
  11. I may actually go to that, been reading about it for a while! There's a film out, by the guys who did "Senna", in time for the Giro too.
  12. I've applied for entry too. If nothing else, I'll get a dig up a well supported hill climb and a night out in Edinburgh.
  13. I just took the plunge and Bike 2 Worked a Cannondale Crosser... Racing cross is something I've always wanted to give a go. So, are there any summer cross races in reasonable distance? Or do I have to wait until October to make my debut?
  14. If anyone is interested, you can get full reruns of all the races on the UCI's channel on Youtube.
  15. Long rides up and down the georgetown with a dead turn at either end?
  16. Who's your massage guy? I've an easy week coming up and could certainly go one!
  17. Ride home done! Sorry Greig, but it's actually 18 miles home. See this for a brisk gallop! http://app.strava.com/activities/39613467
