Hi Kenny, That's the first time I have seen the number. It appears to be on the left shifter only. I searched the right hand one last night, could find nothing and gave up! Checked the other tonight and there it was. I've just checked out the shifters by the number on the net and it confirms that they are dual use, double and triple enabled. Hi Folks, Looking for a bit of advice if possible. I have a set of Ultegra flightdeck 9 spd shifters. They are currently being used on a compact double chainset. From what I have read on the internet these shifters will work as triples too. Has anyone done it? I've got the other triple parts covered just don't want to buy shifters if my ultegras will do? The frame was bought brand new from boxed unsold stock just last year and has only seen summer use. It is in top notch condition and looks fantastic. It is the high gloss black / carbon / white and silver colour. Also has the replaceable anodised gold titanium drop outs. The seatpost has only had a very slight trim. Another cracking event guys. Organisation was first class and the races seemed to go like clockwork. I think this event sets a standard that others would do well to match. Very professional and a fantastic advert for Cycling. Even got the Provost out on a Sunday! Enjoyed the day out as an interested spectator. Well done Kenny and entire team.

For Sale. Brand new totally pristine Alloy Road Frame. This was one of the prizes kindly put up by Dooleys Cycles for the Women's Crit Champs . It was won By Kayleigh but is surplus to requirement and our garage is too small for much more! The frame weighs in at 1860 gms. It is a deep gloss white / cream colour with Dooleys motif in black letters. Top tube measures 54cm c to c. Seat tube is 49cm from BB to top tube c to c and 54cm from BB to top of seat tube. Rough estimate is that it will fit riders up to about 5' 8"ish. If I can figure out how to get a photgraph on I will add one. The need for space for imminent arrival of new team bikes for sprog has forced a clearout. As always, advertising locally first before selling elsewhere………………. Pinnacle aeos 1.0 road bike. 54cm. This was the Evans cycles race team bike a few years back. Kayleigh was given this when sponsored by Evans. She wasn’t on the road too much at that time so the bike hasn’t seen a lot of use. It has a 10 speed Ultegra compact groupset, which has been professionally serviced recently and hasn’t been used since. New cables, new headset. Easton carbon fork, carbon top tube and seat stays, Selle Italia saddle. All in all it is in excellent condition. Wheels are both mavics, basic, true, smooth, solid and reliable. Great for training, Sunday runs and the like but they won’t win the tour for you! Here is a link to a picture of the bike. Front and rear 45mm deep section alloy rims with carbon wrap. 24 black spokes per wheel. Hubs are Miche also black with a touch of red. Both wheels have red black and white Cruise decals. Charlie, Richard, Kayleigh tried to get on the site earlier but couldn't. She's off to tour Belgium / Holland / Germany tonight and spend a few weeks racing with Team Ibis Cycles. She has asked me to pass on her thanks for your kind words. She has taken a lot of kickings from a lot of bunches over the winter but it has paid off. She's not getting so many now. First year on the road scene and youngest rider ever to win it. Quite happy. 'The Joansin' is a great wee club and yes, she still has a 'soft spot' but she needed the support and experience that only 'The City' could provide to compete on the track and progress.
