I've been meaning to go out with the Renfrew bunch for a while but still not made it and this is the first opportunity I've had. I think it can be a better work out if you have done lots of strength training and need some speed for up coming races. I was letting everyone know I wasn't going to be there so no one wasted time waiting on me arriving and the comment on it being confusing was meant as a joke to how recently everything needs to have a huge "discussion". Good Day for racing. Just enough chill in the air but nice and sunny. Pace was good from the start but my legs were feeling a little stiff so sat at the back, they got better so I rode to near the front and instantly couldn't resist attacking. Got caught though. Attacked again and got caught again then got dropped. Lay in the sun at the finish and watched the rest of the boys suffer. Note to self: Next time I attack don't get caught David
