Thanks Alan, Kenny McD was on the phone last night about it, so I'll try and get out this weekend to join up with the guys. Nice and easy though!!

Are there any runs or similar of about 1 hour to 1:30 easy. I think I still have the scares mental and physical from when Kenny McD used to say we were going for an easy run, yeah right!!! Seriously, is there anything slow and easy?
