Motions for the agenda and any proposals must be in hands of secretary ( Darryl MacGunson) one week prior to meeting. Tea & coffee at 12:30 prior to meeting. All members requested to attend and club fees will be due following meeting, so bring cash or chequebook. It is your club so come along and let us know your views and ideas for improving the club.Looking forward to seeing you all on the day. Also reminder to current officials that a short review of year is customary for each discipline ( in writing to Ian Manson if unable to attend) Hoping to see you all on saturday in clubrooms .
