2023 Subscriptions carol cowan Posted May 18, 2014 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted May 18, 2014 30 milers this week consisted of Ken, Anthony, Carol and Dave and headed up the Bowfield, then left turn along back roads to Uplawmoor, Lugton, Dunlop and Stewarton. Cafe stop at the Limegreen coffee shop which is very bike friendly even allowing bikes in shop for safety. Returned to Lugton and then past Greenacres and down Bowfield and home via Kilbarchan for 39miles.
