I had thought of joining the 30milers as far as Kilmacolm, and then heading to Lochwinnoch, Beith, Gateside, past Bowfield and home. No idea of the mileage on that and open to other suggestions. Against all common sense, we seemed to have the wind in our faces all the way round, and here was a fair bit of uphill stuff too. All good though. Thanks to Elaine and John for the company.
