Agent Orange.
Rode the 'Fastest Course' in Escosia today. Unfortunately i did not find it to be the promised land of fast times despite the decent conditions. I posted 21.03 to finish joint 5th. Some 39 seconds behind winner Arthur Doyle. A bit dissapointed with myself to be honest as i have been a bit slack in training recently and worryingly, last week i reaquainted myself with the rosey-cheeked goodness of continental wheatbeers. I'll get back on the wagon now. Ramsay swung by and with my missus Jo, we formed our own Joansin clique awaiting the results. Ramsay did'nt ride this one, i think he's saving his glutes for more tuesday night torture this week. Till next next weeks Westferry bash, hasta la vista. KennyS
Nothing wrong with rosey-cheeked goodness of continental wheatbeers. I live my life by those and their distant cousins of the grape variety
