Guest EPCC Posted July 14, 2011 Report Share Posted July 14, 2011 II must say that i really enjoyed tonights effort, for me trying to keep the same leg speed as Richard up the clune was hard i was spining at about 90rpm and i think Richard must have been doing at least 120 that must make him a freak or an Armstrong dont know which, also thanks to ramsay for leaving me hanging on the fast line when i was running on empty.
