Hi all,

Who's out for a run tomorrow? Beautiful forecast: 20C and almost no wind.

I'm going to bring young Lewis out for another go with the big people: was thinking of something like this:

Happy to go for another route, though, if anyone has another preference.

9:30 at the clubrooms - see you there. I'll be the one on the cross bike with knobbly tyres. :-?

Lovely sunny morning for a spin around Ayrshire. Actual route taken:

We deviated from planned route after Dave's knee met some gravel and we needed to find a shop with Savlon. Also gave us the chance to admire Kilwinning's new pedestrianised town centre. "Just like Fort William" was Stevie's view. I've never seen the sun shine in FW, so I can't comment. :-?

Big G was on a tight time budget, so he cut his run short, but the rest of the bunch: Asima, Jan, Dave, Stevie, Greig, Lewis and me rolled all the way round and back to Johnstone.

BTW, watch this forum for 'Surly Stevie' posting about a new, mid-range club run. You have been warned!
