man5e
For those who may be interested I have received the following E-mail. Good luck should you choose to participate... Hi There I'm writing to let you know about the Kingscavil Hill Climb, the first event ever promoted by, first year club, West Lothian Clarion. I would be really grateful if you could pass on the details to your members. Kingskavil is a short but nasty 0.9 KM climb near to Linlithgow and the race takes place a week before the Scottish National Hill Climb championships so its a good chance to get in some last minute practice. We're hoping for a great atmosphere on the day, we've even got a bag piper to rouse the spectators and and riders at the top of the climb! Entries close 3rd October (the SC calendar has the date wrong) Start 9.00am It only costs a fiver to enter, cheques should be made payable to "West Lothian Clarion" And should be sent to: Mr William Young Erisco Broompark TORPHICHEN Bathgate EH48 4NL email: [email protected] Location of event HQ is Philpstoun Community Centre, Main Street, Philpstoun: http://www.google.co.uk/maps?
