Strong tail wind from Greenock to Ardrossan. Following a McG puncture there was a bunch split at Largs, where some had to attend the public convenience, and a group of 8 or so lined out from Largs to Ardrossan at 28-30mph. Best 10 miles riding for a long time. Jim D's fixed gear was spinning so fast his computer went on strike ! However this was only the aperitif.
