Guest Jim Daly
I'll be along at 6:30pm, at bottom of steep hill. To get there, you should either turn sharp left out of Bowfield Country Club and go down, or travel half a mile out of Howwood on the old main road towards Beith. It's very close to the junction with the Johnstone Bypass. Jim

Guest Jim Daly
I can confirm that looking at Kenny's link is much easier than actually riding up the hill. Tonight we had Ian 2:32 Harry 2:45 Me: 2:something
Administrators Jannza Posted September 25, 2008 Administrators Report Share Posted September 25, 2008 does the time start from the main road and stop at the cottage with the white fence just before bowfield? Is there a female record?
Guest Jim Daly
Jannza Start is the upper gate post on left side of the road about 10yards from the main road. Finish is at passing place on right with a nearly invisible gated pathway plus sign towards Newton of Beltrees about 30 yards below the House on the right (Kennels). Kat Hair recorded a 2:08 two years ago and that may well be a record. Jim
