Members Kenny MacDonald Posted March 10, 2008 Members Report Share Posted March 10, 2008 Cycle Arran in aid of The Anthony Nolan Trust Saturday 26th April 2008 Lifesaving leukaemia charity are looking for people to sign up for their first sponsored cycle around the Island of Arran. Two routes are available, 57 miles around the whole island or 36 miles around the southern loop. The event is being managed by Arran Adventure Company who will be providing marshals as well as first aid and technical back-up. The cycle will begin at 9am so those travelling from the mainland will need to catch the 7am ferry at Ardrossan. It is hoped that in the region of 100 - 200 cyclists will be participating on the day.
