Members Kenny MacDonald
Weather permitting their will be a beginners run at 11:00am leaving from clubrooms. Our newest member Ashmina will be joining us for a leisurely ride down to Glengarnock and back. Suitable ride for younger members of club , so an invite to the young Mulholland and Hickey bike riders. Davie R , and 2 MacDs plan to be out as long as its dry to give a bunch experience. Kenny S is a maybee for return to beginners mentoring.

Saturday morning is football time, so I'll be standing on the touchline at Ferguslie. Let's hope for good weather for both of us! M

Members Kenny MacDonald
The 2 Kennys ,James,Davie R and Ian Simmet joined Asima for her first club bunch outing. We headed down to Glengarnock into stiff headwind Between Lochwinnoch and Glengarnock Kenny S joined the special branch and took his role as coaching coordinator a wee bit too far A quick lap of Lochside and homeward wind assisted , where we spotted a few ofthe older members of club enjoying the track We even managed to get past Lochwinnoch without Ian stopping for a cafe stop Two MacDs cut off at Howwood for some 2 up training Asima had picked up bunch riding very quickly and looked comfortable riding with the club 30 milers, we look forward to meeting her next week
