2023 Subscriptions P McDonald Posted December 22, 2007 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted December 22, 2007 I have to admit I wimped out today when I went out in and met zero degress and icy rain - so it was turbo torture ! Anyway - I was planning to start the holiday coast runs on Monday morning, 9am Bulls Garage. These runs are normally me, Darryl, Stevie B, maybe Black Bob and one or two others - might not be many on Monday cause I didn't see anyone today. Anyone is welcome to join us. Pace is 'lively steady' tempo round to Largs or W Kilbride, a wee habble up the hill if you so desire, then regroup and ride back in. Or something similar. About 50-60 miles. So I opted for some hill work and did the Loch Thom to Largs then along to Ardrossan etc. And all on me own - it was a belter. See how you are on Boxing Day.
