man5e Posted August 30, 2007 Report Share Posted August 30, 2007 Having re-checked with AMEY re-potential roadworks I was today advised that a major project is planned to commence on Sunday as a result of which there will be contra-flow traffic on the A78 between Eglinton toll and the Papermill roundabout. Regrettably in discussion with the project manager it is not going to be possible to run Sunday's planned race.I apologise for the late notice but I was told on monday when I contacted AMEY that no works were planned for the weekend. I will contact those who supplied an E-mail contact tonight but can readers here please pass on this information to your club mates.
