Thourghly enjoyed it, and when i got i home i had relised i had done 20 miles , is there a small distance club run for begginers on wednesday night? yours, Greg. As for training, I wouldn't worry about anything too complicated - just ride your bike as often as you can for now. Find a wee circuit that you are comfortable with near home and ride that.
