Usual sat morn chunter. 60 miles non stop, single pace line, 20mph average. To top of Whin, down to Greenock then over loch thom to Largs, main road to W Kilbride, high road to Ardrossan, then Dalry  Kilbirnie. If you want coffee then can do so at end.

All welcome, limited regroup at top of hills within overall remit of 20mph average :)
